Sarah is a graduate of Ithaca College in New York with 17 years of experience in physical therapy.  Sarah boasts a strong background in manual therapies, ranging from Myofascial release to certification in the Graston technique.  Other specialties include pre/post natal and rehabilitation Pilates, Kinesiotaping, and Concussion rehabilitation.

Sarah loves working with people and displays a strong sense of empathy.  She focuses on finding the root cause of the problem and tailors her treatments accordingly.

A Boston native, she is a proud supporter of her home teams and is more than willing to provide lessons on how to "pak yaw ka in the garach." Sarah is very family oriented and loves spending time with her husband and 3 children.  She also volunteers her time in the classroom and on the soccer field.
